Council 2022 Annual Report to the Governor and the Legislature
New Idaho Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Resource Brochure

As of July 1, 2022, revised statute (I.C. 39-6316) requires that law enforcement officers provide domestic violence and sexual assault victims with written notice of how to get assistance in Idaho. We are pleased to provide this new, updated brochure in both English and Spanish available to print and distribute as needed.
